Sure, but 'branding' - because that's what liveries are - is intended to inspire positive sentiment, so having one people like could be seen as a good pr move.
Nevertheless, that pic only shows a tiny portion of the car; I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the top of the sidepod in yellow (in fact, this shot makes me though it's very likely that we're going to get a 2010 style paint job)
