I kind of like the white on the top section of the car.
But I don't like the other bits of white all over the car (stripes and sections on the wings)...They look too messy and exaggerated.

It emulates the F93a livery with the Marlboro/Scuderia Ferrari logo plastered on top of a white strip.

Not the best livery, They should have integrated the Scuderia logo into the white background instead of pasting it on top. It looks messy.

Personally my Favourite Ferrari liveries were the red and black scheme with Goodyear wings,

Haas is in F1 to gain recognition as a CNC tool manufacturer outside of America. Last year, they didn't have a car so they put an logo on the side of the Ferrari. This year, they have their own moving billboard, so there isn't much point paying Phillip Morris Intl. for a spot on the Ferrari.
