Looks like a nose cone. and i would think that the duct taped on tip is intentional. maybe trying a few different tip shapes , just ripping off the duct tape, removing the tip and switching it out for a different one, then running the test again.

Could be formula E. looks like it anyway.

Technically, speed tape. You'll see it on the wings of your aeroplane if you look enough, but I don't recommend this for nervous flyers.

Last rumors before the release

Celis was interviewed today and he said the back of the car is very different than last year and that the front remains more or less the same.

So the vented cobra might come back, we shall see
