F1 2016 pre-season testing

edit: just look at how different speed traps are between ROS and HAM and it is literally the same car.
Also sainz and nasr. Same 2015 spec ferrari PU and more than 11 kmh difference.

ok hopefully just running through check's with engine before they can push on, can't afford another poor day. Need to get another 100 Laps plus on the board!

Couple of hours in to the day and only 3 laps so far. Not looking good for McLaren today.

Possibly, for the first 2 days they ran on a detuned mode to get mileage on board. Since yesterday they turned up the engine power and it is breaking.

They're done for the day. They'll come out and say the small coolant leak can't be fixed and needs a new engine.

1:24.460 for Kimi on soft tires. Bit slowish if you ask me.

Not all runs are qualifying runs. The car could be, and probably is loaded with lots of fuel, and/or ballast, sensors, experimental hardware etc.
