if he gets out with 90 minutes remaining he can still do a good 30-40 laps maybe more depending of the program so lets wait and see [-o<Vasconia wrote:McLaren expects that Alonso will be able to run at 16:40pm...

DAMNMcLaren
@McLarenF1
#F1Testing update from Barcelona. A coolant leak has delayed any further running today - the team are working to fix it.
Does anyone have his first stint please ?F1ern wrote:Hamiltons race simulation was fenomenal compared to last year test.

They have a filming day tomorrow and 4 testing days. The season is long, let's not make predictions after 4 days of testing. Remember how many miles they completed before today and as they said previously they aren't pushing yet. They haven't even used ultra soft or super soft tyres yet.bonjon1979 wrote:I think that it's the merits of the car that are most worrying. We said at the beginning of testing that if they're 20kph down on the other cars then it's not good. That's where this car is.McG wrote:Let's be positive or at least neutral. They could still get out this afternoon and there are still 4 days of testing to go.
It hasn't set any times below 1.26. It hasn't shown any straightline speed. It has had reliability issues. These are facts.
When the 31 sets times that are faster, when it shows speed on the straights, when it doesn't break down. Then we can say that the engine has improved. There are only 8 days testing this year, half of them are gone. People can continue to believe that there's going to be a magic moment when the engine suddenly improves but that is an act of faith rather than looking at the facts.
Yes apparently they fixed the radiators of the car. Now Kimi is on the trackRikhart wrote:Ferrari has been parked for hours now?
So much for thatbauc wrote:if he gets out with 90 minutes remaining he can still do a good 30-40 laps maybe more depending of the program so lets wait and see [-o<Vasconia wrote:McLaren expects that Alonso will be able to run at 16:40pm...
Of course, it's not really a simulation of a real race if you only use one kind of tyre...IFK wrote:Thanks mate !F1ern wrote:Hamilton medium:IFK wrote:

Will also be interesting to compare Gutierrez's race sim.
