Alonso has spent the early part of what appears to be a race run in the 1m31-32s bracket. We haven't seen any times that slow from the Mercedes or Ferrari race stints, aside from a couple of Raikkonen laps in traffic and the final lap of Hamilton's short opening stint on softs when he appeared to lose the tyre performance. However, Alonso is completing his (heaviest) opening stint on mediums, whereas Mercedes and Ferrari started their 'races' with softs.snowy wrote:McLaren about to start a race simulation!
