Read the last post from Barrie at the bottom of the page, this will reassure you the thread is about your exact problem...which will be very reasurring...then go to the top of the page, read the posts, and apply the solution...when you run into something you don't know about...lets say something like 'safe mode or restore'...just go to your Help section on your computer, maybe use your desktop, for instructions on how to do these very scary things.
