Qualifying change not happening

Post

To tell you the truth, I'm starting to get sick of Paul Stoddardt always complaining and blackmailing money and engines from the bigger teams. Now he was against the qualifying change and it fell apart, because an unanimous vote is needed. The only reason he can pull his tricks is because there aren't any more teams in F1. I say make the rule changes needed to make it possible to buy chassis off of another team, and we would have one new team next season, and at least one the next one and so on. Then Paul could do whatever he wants, because he would soon be thrown out of F1. I mean, for god's sake, F1 one is about pure superior racing technology, not some losers whining and complaining and blackmailing other teams and demanding special conditions. He is ruining F1.
Hopefully we will see the chassis selling rules come to life and finally some new blood on F1, teams that are truly in it for the racing, not as a business investment making money.

I'm not one for conspiracies but do you think the qualifying change was some grand plan by the FIA to eliminate the threat from Renault and BAR at the start of races to Ferrari? Both Renault and BAR seem to have better starts than Ferrari and this gives Ferrari a slightly higher probability of keeping its qualifying advantage. I know it was the teams that rejected the proposal but stranger things have happened.

Probably a bit far fetched but you never know....... 8)

Just realized that I meant to refer to the start procedure for stalled cars and not qualifying.
