As confirmed on Sky, Pirelli have indeed modified the tyre pressures ! From 22 to 21 ! A FULL 1 PSI CHANGE. That is a whole lot.... :D :D :D

Rosberg just clocked 353km/h using slip steam on the straight with engine surely not at quali mode.

DRS and slipstream here are EXTREMELY powerful

For comparison, Lewis without slipstream (and now rosberg second run) maxed out at around 343km/h

339 for Dan Ric just now. Maybe he has gone even faster before idk.

I dont understand the times for this race (and not just because i have to go to work at 3pm UK time). Its even later than most western european races, despite locally being on Moscow time.....

Unlucky Perez!

- Silly Perez, worst time to do it, looked nice from onboard though.
- Baku is not on Moscow time. Check your globe :-) or Windows time zones.

- I thought they (Vettel) were quick on the first run.
- Order back to normal. Mercedes on pole is a formality.

Only Lewis, Checo, Carlos and Haryanto didn't improve on their Friday practice times. So more to come from them.

I don't think anything is to come from perez for qualifying. He wrecked that car pretty good.

Its even worse than i suspected, its an hour ahead of Moscow.

So a 5pm race start, one broken barrier and it will get too dark. How can they apply the 4 hour rule when that would take them up to 9pm lol. Crazy

Tbh at this race so long as you have good speed I don't think grid position will be too important in the sense of one or two positions give or take.
