From which position will Vettel start after penalty?

Great lap for Grosjean and outstanding effort for Nando.Kimi has done nice job too.But one thing I noticed about Palmer. He was distracted by Ocon in Q1 last lap effort, still has been lucky to went through Q2. Then, in next lap,he was all alone on the track, and made mistake on brake in every bloody curve. This boy seems to be very insecure.

There's nothing on the FIA site about a penalty. Google is full of the Mexico appeal. Do you have any more information on this?

Ocon has a penalty for impeding Palmer, he gets a 3 place grid drop and 2 penalty points for blocking!!

Hamilton and the Bulls. For Hamilton it's one of his last hopes for a '16 championship. He himself is a good driver in the rain, start from pole, Rosberg less and changing circumstances heightens the chance of a bad result for Rosberg.
For the Bulls, both Verstappen, Riciardo and their car performers well in the wet.
In the dry:
1 HAM, 2 ROS, 3 RIC/VES/VET
In the rain:
1 HAM, 2/3 VES/RIC

How fun it would be if after 20 races both Mercedes drivers would be equal in points...

or the car is barely drivable, KMag said he had no idea why but the car went from oversteer to understeer over night
with no changes of setup

I don't think Grosjean can keep up the pace tomorrow, hope he gets points, but I think the McLaren is faster over a race. Especially here where braking is so important.

But engine power is also important and Haas have switched to the Carbon Industrie brake pad which Romain seems to like.

Yes,the R.S.16 is probably the worst chassis/engine combination ( for me that is show car, nothing more). Very unpredictible in setup balance, but that Palmer's Q2 lap,was so miserable, he even admits that was left withouth front right ruber.Every corner he locked up.

- Many cars changed with conditions - Williams, FI, Ferrari, it's up to drivers to deal with it, one doesn't like the balance, one locks up - it doesn't mean it's all car
- 'worst', based on what? I hear about it on the internet when defending drivers but not much from the team (not that they would brag about it)
- it's 'podium capable design' from '15 with costs of last engine swap (Toro Rosso had those too), engine disadvantage (not that big anymore) and all the updates they couldn't put last season, money and resources (until some point ofc slightly earlier than others). '14 was a bad handling car. '15 was bad in slow and high corners, had no downforce, no updates and was falling apart, '16 can't be worse than that nor Manor, Sauber, Haas.

Anyone who gets close to Palmer gets a penalty (new Button), this one looked OK though. Lack of awareness was not on Ocon's GPS data Wolff gave Force India ;-) ?

Toro Rosso!!

They´re damn slow in the straights because they continue with their high downforce philosophy, so nobody will benefit as much as them from the rain... except maybe Lewis, who must have been praying for raing the whole night

IMHO Lewis chances to get the title are multiplied by a factor of 10 with rain. With a dry track Rosberg can cruise to second place with no effort and he only need two second places. But with rain things will be very different and he could end up 4th easily, wich would mean (if Hamilton win), WDC will be for the driver who win last race. That´d be a great season ending if you ask me :D
