- It should not matter, everyone saw where the car was and the risks. Team's problem, tell him not to pit, if it stops raining they're gaining.
- application of this penalty should be binary - 5 s for closed pitlane entry it is.

They must do 75% of the race, otherwise half points will be awarded and the championship is decided even tho Lewis wins, I think. :?

EDIT: actually nevermind.

No, that is not an excuse. The red pit lane light was clearly on and visible. They showed it on the onboard.

Next season they should show pit open/closed on the steering wheel display. It can screw someones race badly.

F1 is over regulated. It's finished as a sport. What a farce.

This is just shambolic. Please quit the series, because this is a joke. The sport exists for over 60 years and rain is not something that appeared this year... I feel sorry for brazilians on stands being screwed over, paying a fat price for literally nothing...
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

The drivers are clueless where that red flag came from. I guess people in suits and ties know better how it is to drive in the wet. They are controlling the sport more than ever. Absolute joke...

Farce. I was concerned that Sky TV owning the rights to F1 would deprive me from following the sport. I simply don't have much interest for this garbage.

Well if it finishes like this they will have handed Nico the championship with the half points.
