There is always the technical regulations on the FIA website.
A direct quote from 2017 FIA technical regulations "Other than the bodywork defined in Article 3.9.6, any bodywork behind the rear wheel centre

That to me suggests that the rear wing will be tilted rearwards, however I havent found anything about the beam wing.
It is hard to follow so technical phrases, so I may be wrong.
Also F1fanatic says that "At the moment the leading edge of the wing starts in line with the rear wheel centre line (RWCL), whereas for 2017 this will be shifted nearly 20cm rearward with extra room made to install its mounting pylon."
