Mercedes AMG F1 W07

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

dTCurr sounds like delta time current. Likely just a comparison to the best lap of that car, obviously useless in this case.

Lets see, Won COTA, won mexico and topped off by getting a win in brazil seems to be doing not bad.

Fascinating picture! Is that suggesting RedBull control their floor "sealing" ahead of the rear tires better than Merc or are Merc doing something clever?

Looks interesting, although maybe it's all just different moments of oscillation

Could just be a slightly deeper splash of water on the track - the cars are at slightly different points on the track.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Layman's view, but looking at the shape of the side pods of the Mercedes compared of the RedBull and the closed vs open front wheel hubs, it looks like Mercedes is channeling most air towards the outside of the rear wheels and RedBull are projecting it on the rear wheels to seal/feed to floor
