This was an overall problem the last years with Merc. Toto, Niki, Nico or Lewis...with each statement you had the feeling, that it has some bad politics in it.
It may be a reason why they chose Bottas that they want to get it calm. He does not seem like a politician at all, whereas a combination of Ham and Weh would be a House of Cards...

Well...it is hard to say, that it is really "undervaluing". It is a statement, that is again really on the edge.
I have the feeling, that these bad politics led to the "no more" from Nico and this was the biggest "slap" he could give the other politicians. If this is really the case, then I would be not astonished, that the mood is not the best for the future.
