It's on the edge of the front bulkhead (so not on any part of the nose cone). It is really at the limit where you can place it legal wise, but it is legal.

I am still impressed on how Mercedes is able to produce comparable or even better amounts of downforce to Red Bull without using any rake at all!! Loving these totally different aero concepts by the two top teams!! =D>

Ah ok., it is about the front wheel centre line. Truth to be told, the front bulkhead is quite deceptive with the S-duct incorporated in the vanity panel, which you make believe the bulkhead is further back than it is.
