Edit: Nope. it actually has a ramp inside! I can see this thing actually helping the downforce is addition to cooling gains.

The whole thing is angled backwards, of course there's a ramp when looking from the top.

This car just looks incredible, it looks so much more developed than the other top teams, and it's already banging in the milage. I don't see how any other team stands a chance this year.
