It was on their live ticker feed not part of an article, no one was quoted so I didn't really take is seriously.Restomaniac wrote:You have read that the Merc is all over the place on Sky Sports website?Wass85 wrote:I read it on Sky Sports.
Can you find it because I haven't seen that and cannot find it.
BTW to clarify I'm not in anyway accusing you of not being honest.
It was on the sky live update, at 10:47. I might have been exaggerating slightly but they definitely mentioned Hamilton was drifting coming out of the chicane.Restomaniac wrote:You have read that the Merc is all over the place on Sky Sports website?Wass85 wrote:I read it on Sky Sports.

Yeah agreed, this looks like a quickest time of the day so far ?danielk wrote:Just to get an idea what times we might see. Hamilton did a 1:20.4 at the beginning of a 16 lap stint. Do we have any idea as to how much the fuel affect is this year? if its 0.1 per lap then you can take 1.5 seconds off that time to give an idea of the minimum time it could potentially do.
Fair enough. I just assumed it had come from some quote with the way it was written on here.Unc1eM0nty wrote:It was on their live ticker feed not part of an article, no one was quoted so I didn't really take is seriously.Restomaniac wrote:You have read that the Merc is all over the place on Sky Sports website?Wass85 wrote:I read it on Sky Sports.

Why exaggerate it?Wass85 wrote:It was on the sky live update, at 10:47. The problem is that we are not getting like for like.danielk wrote:Just to get an idea what times we might see. Hamilton did a 1:20.4 at the beginning of a 16 lap stint. What is it like to visit a test? Do you have entrance to the motorhome area?Goran2812 wrote:McLaren engine change still not finished... I'm sitting just in front of their box
I'm sure Hamilton was drifting on purpose was he? The Ferrari and Redbull both look glued to the track. Hamilton didn't really do much laps today, a sign they are lost with the set-up?Restomaniac wrote:Why exaggerate it?Wass85 wrote:It was on the sky live update, at 10:47. Drifting out of a corner is one thing being all over the place is another.
Motorhome area is out of limits for everyone except team guests i guess or the ones that pay a loooot of money... I'm going on a paddock/podium/track tour at 15h. It's a bit dull but the cars are louder than before... Vettel just did some pitlane high reving and a practice startBosF1 wrote:What is it like to visit a test? I think those that predicted we will see them in the 1:17's are being very optimistic.Restomaniac wrote:The problem is that we are not getting like for like.danielk wrote:Just to get an idea what times we might see. It seems Mercedes, Redbull and Ferrari don't want to go directly head to head. It's all guesswork ATM
