Yea odd session. Although Ham was just 0.009 up in S1. In S2 it seems Ferrari is pretty much a match. S3 is weird Ham struggled somehow...
Ham fp2
1) 27.743
2) 22.572
3) 33.305

Ham fp3
1) 27.530
2) 22.716
3) 33.517

Ham fp2 vs fp3
1) -0.213
2) +0.144
3) +0.212

Vet fp3
1) 27.539
2) 22.516
3) 33.297

So Lewis made a good gain in one sector over yesterday, but has substantial losses in the other 2. If he had matched his sectors 2 and 3 times from yesterday, he'd be 0.055 of Vettel. The game is afoot!

its definitely odd!
1) Vettel isn't much faster than last years pole given the regulation changes.
2) Hamilton was 2 tenths and some change slower than yesterday.
3) Hamilton was actually faster than Vettel in sector one and then gave it all away in sector 2 & 3. If you are off the pace by half a second, you are usually giving time away in every sector.
This was practice 3 and not qualifying so whats the issue? : )
For me all of this sandbagging and finger pointing claiming the other team is faster boils down to this.... does Ferrari have a qualy mode or not?

Anyone else nervous? 30 minutes to go.

Any new predictions? :D
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

I predict 2 safety cars due to driver fatigue. Race results... not sure. Definitely not Rosberg!

Lance ole boy better ask his daddy for the credit card, I suspect it'll be swiping a lot this year.
That could be true, or he could turn out to be another Montoya, who crashed quite a bit in the beginning then was brilliant later in that first season.
It's not just crashing, he looks slow and tentative behind the wheel, i think the Stroll's made a mistake, this kid could've used a season in F2 and some friday sessions at least.

Yeah. It's going to be a sink or swim situation for the Strolls. There's a good chance that Bottas may not return next season.

Seems that way. Looks like there was a rush to get the laps in before Stroll heads out.....

Extraordinary that they cant ensure a flawless broadcast. Even last year i think they had some problems with the timing and the new system...

Bit underwhelming at the moment, glad to see Hulk getting a good run, times look like he'll be putting that Renault in the mix with Findia, Palmer is shocking !!!
