Well if you bolt 10 on then it will have an effect downstream, I would be amazed if the rear wing worked if you had 10 bolted on

That was the point, they do have an effect downstream.

im quesing top element/wing is to create additional df, lower part to condition the flow to the rearwing

at first i thought it was reflection but there is definitely something on the RW main plate...every 5cm or so.

Look at the Lamp above the Car in the Picture posted before yours. That's what's going on there.
