Probably have a longer one that bolts on and those are stubs for shipping?

They did have a longer one in Australia, those are just the supports. Interestingly they raced with this configuration (supports only) probably because the wing was moving too much

It was quite noticable today, that the T-wing on the Sauber was drooping at its extremities as the speed went up. Probably accidental, but it does show the amount of downward pressure being exerted on these frail devices.

why are there different carbon weaving patterns on the shark fin ? spc that oval curve

It appears to be a piece bonded on afterwards.

interesting....i wonder if they just glued the section onto the fin after construction...looks like an afterthought
