Sebastian Vettel has won the Bahrain Grand Prix, getting past both Mercedes cars towards a reasonably comfortable victory. Lewis Hamilton finished in second position while pole sitter Valtteri Bottas completed the podium for Mercedes.
"No car may be driven unnecessarily slowly, erratically or in a manner which could be deemed
potentially dangerous to other drivers or any other person at any time whilst the safety car is
deployed. This will apply whether any such car is being driven on the track, the pit entry or the
pit lane.."
Don't se how Hamilton broke that rule. I can't fint a rule regarding blocking.
So they held Hamilton out on Softs whilst they watched Vettel eat his time to........Put Softs back on Hamilton.
I think we have learned something today though. Bottas is the Mercedes number 2 driver due to speed and in fact by pitting Bottas first they screwed any chance of a Mercedes win.
Anyone else know which way this thread will go after the race? I'm thinking some fanboy stuff pretty quickly. Already some antifanboy stuff being seen. The mods will be busy tonight...

The sky dude is suggesting blue flags should be banned to make things more exiting. Just last week he was saying Max is getting no assistance from blue flags... so what is it now?
