It's not 'shopped, but it's obviously not a contract negotiation either. Just fuel for the silly fire.

I found a video from the future, folks!

A much older Daniel Ricciardo..?!
Could it be he will retire at this team?

Why would Force India let him go? And why would Perez go to Renault when he is enjoying a better car currently and possibly could replace Kimi at Ferrari next year.

$ compensation and new pay driver :mrgreen: ; works teamfor PER;
FER would be very stupid to hire a spoiled arrogant pilot like him and pair him with VET.
And I think he will never drive for Ferrari. Maybe only as Barrichello  .
They should stick to VET / RAI till RIC, SAI or LeClerc or others (HAM :wtf: ) are ready.
So PER needs to make the right decision, now.

I think Alonso's ultimatum to mclaren is sugesting he will be going back to renault.
Renault are a full works team, which is what he wanted from mclaren, and they have what it takes to build a championship car.
He may well take a pay cut in the first year for renualt and bring a big sponsor.

I see him moving from mclaren and going to a serious works team. Ferrari are out of the question, and so is mercedes.
For Sure!!

I would say that this won´t happen but i was funny to read Hulkenberg´s comments "Alonso would be good for Renalt". :?:

Does anyone think this is going to happen for real?

Wolff wouldn't be surprised if Rosberg returns with Ferrari
"I think when he took the decision to retire it was because it was just too much,” said Wolff. “It was a very stressful year against probably the best driver in F1, and he felt at that stage, exhausted. That is how he appeared to me.

“But he is 31 years old. If he is unlucky, he has another 70 years to go in his life! I will give you one – I wouldn’t be surprised if he changes his mind in a year and reappears in a Ferrari! Or, somewhere else.”

The ultimatum is for the Merc engine to be at the back of the MCL32 by September; i.e. post summer.

Would be sad (but well deserved) for Honda to be out of F1 for half a year.

Max says his season has been crap so far. 3 DNF's so far for the reason is certainely no RB standards and none of it was really his fault. Wouldn't be surprised if he's eyeing that 2nd seat at Ferrari or even Mercedes, if Merc decides Valterri isn't good enough. Truth be told, I think Ricciardo might have that Ferrari itch as well.
