It's not a jump start, because Vettel hit Hamilton last race and got away with it.

F1 is broken. It's like a football referee trying to fix a previous mistake with another one.

So Hamilton's car was setup for SS. On US the car is now too pointy.

He had major balance issues in qually when he switched from SS(after an amazing Q2 lap) to US. His engineer is just not getting the job done when it comes to anticipating the balance change between different tire types.

Vandoorne gets a drive through, for not getting out of the way fast enough?! How harsh is that! Same penalty as Kvyat got for eliminating 2 guys out of the race. Yet, Perez didn't get any penalty, while clearly holding up Bottas.
