Interesting, I was not aware they reintroduced a joker change this year. Any reason as to why this is?

Nothing new so far (at least I don't see anything new). Let's see if they bring any new part tomorrow.

EDIT:
They are installing aero sensors on the car, so probably some new parts are coming for FPs

There seems to be a set of wings placed at the front end of the floor of the Red Bull. It is quite noticeable when viewed from the rear, when It was going through Stowe. IT was'nt seen in FP1 or FP2

Best video I can find, although this is before entering the copse curve and it's from the front, It is much more distinctive when looked from the back. Look at it from 0.36 and pause at 0.37 and you can see two downward shaped wings
