This business with the loudness is becoming annoying. Who in their right mind is going to claim that the V8:s had a better sound than the current V6T:s? They sounded like an angry chain saw for god's sake; the V10:s and the V12:s on the other hand sounded fantastic. So where were you sound terrorists in the V8 era?
Your incessant bickering about this is going to lead us down the stupid route of sound generators or something similarly dumb.
V8s on TV : yes. In the grandstand: absolutely not:)

I deffinately remember the V8s being very disappointing in person.
The V10s and V12s had an earth-shattering spine tingling quality, even when wearing ear plugs. The V8s just sounded like high pitched car engines in person.

"Hamilton was beating Verstappen 7-0, then the ref decided F%$& rules, next goal wins
while also sending off 4 Hamilton players to make it more interesting"
Takes a little while to get going, but this turns into a nice primer on some of the basic principles. The visualisation and explanation of vortex flow was well done.
"Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine ..."
The title wasn't decided until literally the end of the final lap of the last race of the 2017 series, that's what I call entertainment and on the edge of your seat viewing!
