Scuderia Ferrari SF70H

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

AMUS closeup of the crash structure/diffusor. You can see the center diffusor section still has the tunnel, but it now blends out completely at the trailing edge of the diffusor.

Bloody hell when seeing this picture, I'm amazed with that gap between tyre and floor. Thinner than paper =P~

Congratulations, Ferrari. My brain is unable to properly process the left image. It is that complex. How in earth are they able to produce these pieces out of carbon fibre.

Interesting that after all these years, team are still dedicating that much time, resources and alterations to such a local area of the car. Given we have so many areas of the car's bodywork opened up this year for development, you'd expect development of the tyre squirt slot would drop to the backburner, but nope.

That's some black magic right there, that diffuser is crazy. Hard work on the chassis, we haven't seen this from Ferrari in a good long while.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

This photo allows us to look at the sidepod internals from the front:

It would be really interesting to see the rear suspension.
It looks like they moved up the pullrod.

So that’s the old one again.

Wondering if they’re doing a back to back.
