OK you need to install blueCFD core, launch it, then navigate to the directory containing the case and then run it.

Use the command cd and then type out the path to the folder containing your runCase.sh file. Press return

Then type bash runCase.sh and press return to run the case. Leave it running and when it's done you can go back to the gui again and click on post process

Depending on your PC it can take anything from hours to days to run the case.

I have an AMD FX6350, 8gb of ram and it takes around 16 to 17 hours for the mvrc option and around 5 hours for the mvrc_fast option

A quicker way to get the directory in command prompt to run runCase.sh is to right click the case folder (the one that holds input_files), if you have BlueCFD installed properly then it should give the option to "Open in blueCFD -Core terminal"

I have the FX-8320 and 16gb RAM with the OS, software and CFD files on an SSD and it is about an hour or so quicker than yours on the mvrc_fast option just for reference.
Would love to get Threadripper and see how much of a difference it makes

Wow nice tip, thanks. Countless times I've typed the path in and pressed return only to realise there was a typo and I have to type it all out again...!

I wouldn't mind giving one of the new Ryzens a workout once I've had my current setup long enough to justify an upgrade :)

Hi, just a reminder: anyone who wants to receive the prize should send his address to caedevice@caedevice.net (it would be better before the end of november).

Good work on helping out darkpino to get this far. I have no idea about this error message.
Darkpino, if you like you can send me your case so I can have a look.

Are you guys finding anything? Because I'm frustrated, stuck.

Did a considerable redesign only to be able to match the previous one.
