Yea.... Something tells me testing will be delayed at the least today.

One Team (supposedly Williams) voted against that skipping Today and move the Test Day to a later Date. So much sense in needing unanimous agreement in deciding such things.

So if one Car leaves the Garage Today this will be counted as an official Test Day.

There is a time limit to how late a yesy can be run before the season starts, I think it is two weeks
