Watched Ted's notebook yesterday, according to Boullier they have hit their targets, but it's hard to say where they stand since nobody has done any performance runs. Ted also talked about a substantial upgrade in Melbourne with new wings.

ted can be really annoying at times, but well, it is what it is.
