Mercedes AMG F1 W09 EQ Power+

If they are filming it, then presumably it flexes?
No, they aren't filming the flex. Flex is easily tested in a wind tunnel.
Really, on a 60% model, which is presumably constructed with different methods and materials?
Yes, really. They downscale from the 100% model and use the same material, constructed the same way. Enough moving images to find from that. I think Red Bull made a clip of that part.

Previous years, different manufacturers were having flexing front wings at high speed. I don't think they are going to think, let just make a wing and see when it flexes. Imagine going out on your first run in FP1 and having, instead of a FW at 45°, having an FW at 20°.

Is it though?

I mean yeah to a certain extent, but they are not allowed to use full size models these days. And also the wind tunnel cannot do 150+ MPH?
Wind tunnels can go over 200mph. It's just how they are designed.

The regulations mandate a maximum air speed for wind tunnel tests

Youre right, i stand corrected :)

The other issue with trying to measure flex in a windtunnel is that even with the same construction, at 60% scale your stiffness is going to be much lower than the equivalent full-scale model - that is usually compensated for in larger pieces with steel inserts or similar, but that's much more difficult with a thin floor edge where there's no room for reinforcement an any you added would give much different bending characteristics.
You also have the added issue that you don't have the impacts, kerb strikes, etc, added to the chassis that might cause resonance issues.
You're much better of testing that stuff in simulation then checking correlation in actual testing rather than wasting wind tunnel time.
