I personally think this is simply another example of Liberty not knowing what they're doing, but feeling they need to change things (that aren't broken). They don't have a finger on the pulse of this sport.

It took me a while to realize that it was sound effect for live/replay replay/live transition, was wondering where on earth that whizz noise is coming from, is it some sort of howling or echo, at first, before noticing it was transition sound effect.

Now I'm scared, that the horrible sound is coming any time during watching eff wun....every time that noise comes, I feel cringe thrusting from my stomach to throat to top of my head!!!
It's just me , or this song sounds like they are singinng: "forrr-mu-la-oooone" on the main notes? It's more clear at the quieter part of it, near 1:40 mark...

Im sure i could have done better, The Chain is a killer song for Terrestrial, i like Just Drive on Sky Sports F1 now. However the old NASCAR Metallica Fuel and the present Country Blake Shelton ones mentioned earlier are good. I think they should have adapted something like what American Football (Hand Egg type, not proper football) have with Carrie Underwood adapting the song she sand with Miranda lambert in Something Bad would have been best. Something in the 90 second range, not a 3 minute 30 second thing that would be good in a poor Avengers copy.
Personally, as Im a Carrie Underwood fan, a edit of her new song Champion would have been killer:
And if there was a F1 Rocks with Carrie there, Im there front and bloody centre, and Im dragging along as many of the Country Scene from here as i can.
