I don't think I'd put Haas up there yet - only GUT seems to be able to get the car to do anything, and even then they only matched McLaren on SS when they were on US.

Kimi was off the racing line, Bottas braked too late and missed the turn in, maybe if Kimi wasn't there he wouldn't need to go through the gravel, but Kimi did nothing wrong.
