I wonder why the media never punish them for always moaning.... like every single race weekend.

Maybe its because RB put on good hospitality or something. I really don't know, but I have not once seen a reply from the media such as "what about you in the EBD days" etc etc

You mean that bit of tech the FIA has banned over and over and over again, even mid-season at one point?

You do realise that often the "moaning" is in response to a leading question designed to get something headline-worthy don't you?

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Horner is a crybabay, always complaining about anything they´re not the best at

Horner is right, EBD were banned when it was the reason for RBR dominance after four seasons of dominance, so Mercedes advantage should be banned too at this point

Dunno what that is strad..

Did you mean 'Any Given Sunday' - the Oliver Stone US football movie,
or,
'On Any Sunday' - the classic Bruce Brown motorcycle flick?

We should make some sort of a bingo with subjects we can expect at the start of every season, like:
- Horner asking for a rule change that will mitigate one of their opponents' advantages
- Ferrari threatening to leave F1
- Brawn saying they need to study how to improve overtaking
- Boullier saying they have a big update coming
- Someone saying McLaren has a really competitive chassis that isn't helped by the engine
- Someone from Honda saying it's a simple detail that's preventing them from being competitive
- Someone criticizing Pirellis for being too durable
- Someone criticizing Pirellis for not being durable enough
- A failed attempt at some sort of budget cap

Edit, more:
- Hamilton saying the opposition is really close this season
- Verstappen winning as driver of the race

What else can we put here?
- Honda replacing the ICE
- Honda upgrading their MGU-H

Mr Horner won't be happy at all with Verstappen. The Dutch star has said Mercedes shouldn't have to give up their "Party Mode" if they have done a better job than anyone else.

It means that on any given Sunday anyone can squeak out the win. That all players have a fighting chance. Maybe not a big one but a chance.

It should be remembered that Horner didn’t want the merc engine in 2006 because it was too unreliable. They went with Renault because he thought it was the better option. Then he spent the next god knows how many years complaining about the extra power merc had over them.

And the Renault engine its self, which I suspect is the reason he ow struggles to get a supply of engines elsewhere.

Something about beds and lying in them. TBF the unreliability of the merc engine cost merc in 05,06. But you make your decision, you’ve then got to live with it. If merc had continued to be unreliable, I can’t imagine Horner would be fighting to get them special dispensation to fix their problems. He don’t remember him worrying too much about hondas plight?

That decision led to 4 titles - I wouldn't call it a bad decision...
