A double points finish might be great news for any team, and it was too for McLaren when their cars crossed the finish line in 7th and 8th positions at the end of the Bahrain Grand Prix. The story of the team's weekend was however slightly more complicated.
Nah Seb has gone from 2 second ahead to 8 seconds ahead in a few laps, mercedes were the ones that didn't capitalise on the undercut opportunity. 2 stop is the better strategy today by the looks of it. Vettel is tied into a 2 stop Bottas will run to the end on those Mediums a Medium tyre that has just set the fastest lap. he will pass bottas easily in the final stint
He will be around 20 seconds behind him. He will have to burn the life out of those Tyres just to catch him.
