Probably something damaged (maybe just the rear tyre). Suddenly almost 1s per lap slower. Hew wouldn't deliberately risk being overtaken by Alonso who is in DRS distance now.

Raikkonen all over Bottas with Verstappen all over both.

McLaren 3rd in constructors
Alonso 4 in drivers
Alonso overtaking Vettel.

If you’re talking about Baku, it was a drive through - bigger punishment.

It’s not just about this incident anyway, it’s hitting Hamilton last week, trying round the outside of Hamilton at a corner where it wasn’t going to happen this week - he needs to calm down. He’s like Marquez, there’s a real sense of entitlement.

shame.....third race in a row where merc threw away a win..... Ham shoudlve pit behind vers .... he wouldve won the race.....
they need to reorganize their strategy dept.... or get off the fukn computers!
