More details about McLaren's technical leadership changes are becoming public as it has now become clear that Toro Rosso's highly valued technical director, James Key, is set to join McLaren in the same role.
This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
I think they should scout someone top from Force India to replace Eric, and someone from the mechanical / technical department also from there... they do very well for the cash they spend, and they dont seem to have technical or mechanical issues that much....
At least it will have sent all the trolls back over to the Honda thread, that car in Alonso's* hands showed enough pace to have been up there fighting today - it just needs a little more straight line speed so it doesn't keep getting stuck behind Ferrari engines
*Vandoorne should be out of that car, he was worse than Button when they signed him, and now he's costing the team a lot of points.

I was laughing so hard when Vettel got passed my McLaren, regardless of circumstances :')
you knew vettel was going to be crying about that...
I don't think Vettel carred about anything after the incident with Max, he always losses focus after such things, his best game is starting first and keeping that place during race.
