The most boring, so called race, on the F1 calendar. Can't wait for the weekend to be over and look forward to Canadian GP!

My money is on Red Bull. Anything else would be a surprise.
Yaaawwnnnn!!! Princess and the Prince must be happy to see a procession of salute!

Did anyone else made passes, other than Verstappen?

Good race, quite tense. I always like Monaco, it may not be the most racy of races, but its an exciting setting, which means its better than most of the Tilke tracks races, which are at least as dull, with a dull setting and no history.

Danny using just 6 gears and low power. Great job managing the race. =D>

Maybe they should use the 2016 narrower cars for Monaco lol. Special chassis for special race.
Anyone who owns an apartment over their track should be obliged to point a hosepipe downward and give the track a good spray. Changeable conditions are the one of the rare times that this race is particularly interesting.

I'd love to see it gone.

Leaders driving 9 seconds slower than their qualifying times and a good race!

So happy for Ricciardo.

For me Hamilton is the net winner here though. He would have ripped your arm off for 3rd.
Definitely! Could've been a 7 point loss if Danny's problem was terminal or even 10 if Seb slipped by. 3 point loss with the 3rd fastest car on this track and tyres almost down to the canvas thank you very much.

Force India gets all the pu updates for next race. Nah nothing going on with that pass.

Lewis did 72 laps on US ... that`s a fu..ing joke!

How many times I must tell you that we should have a mandatory 2 stop race! Now we have a qualy tyre - HS - and then Pirelli have enough knowledge to provide a tyre on each race, a tyre which is good enough to do a 2 stop race and drivers need no more managing them in the race! They just have to do pure racing!

Well deserved by Ricciardo and redbull today. Happy to watch them win this one, even as a Ferrari fan.

This was the best we could hope for today for Ferrari. Very happy as an Australian for Ricciardo, and for my beloved Ferrari!

How about allowing fans to choose when a race should take place? Monaco in March?

So one RB driver crashes and misses Qualy and ends up finishes 9th. The other RB driver wins with low power and only 6 gears. Yet all the hype is around the driver that keeps crashing.
Am I missing something?

I had said this at the end of last year. Regardless of how soft the tyres get, the drivers would drive to a delta and make the one stopper possible. On a track like Monaco, Ricciardo could have driven at 1m30.xxx thorughout and still win!
