After half a year of struggling to get their car on pace aerodynamically, Renault, on a radical change of strategy, hired a mad scientist to design a futuristic device able to give their engineers some fresh ideas.
A spokesman from the team commented
"We don't know yet all the potentials secondary effects it could have, but it's not as ridiculous as our livery anyway..."
It is suspected that the mad scientist in question has been stolen to Honda, where he proved himself by sculpting a seagull on the nosecone, giving
"an overall better feeling of speed" to the car. Honda refused to comment on this information.
