3 place grid penalty for Vettel. Ridiculous.
I assume the CIA has taken possession of said video footage, as I can not find it anywhere on the internet. :(

Hamilton slightly past it or Bottas one of the quickest ever? Either way Hamilton isn't deserving of the big bucks in his new contract going by his performance this season. There's several drivers on the grid that could do just as good as a job if not better IMO.
Are you serious? did you completely forget what happened last race or may be you just hate him because he beats your favorite driver most race weekends.

If penalty is given to <Driver you like>, then stewards are a joke.
and when penalty is not given to <Driver you hate>, then stewards are a joke.

Come on people, you can't have it both ways.
Erm what? Are you suggesting that Vettel is my favourite driver?

p.s. fair play to both drivers for being honest and understanding.

How has Ferrari & Vettel reacted to this? Because they seem pretty low-profile.

I predict those nineteen thousands (20 rather) are gonna prove costly for ham tomorrow. Dirty side, and Ves is right behind him :?

Comforting fact that verstappen has the same tyres. If he had a grip advantage that would be game on.

The 2 Mercs will try to box in Verstappen at the start like they did Vettel last week. Maybe Verstappen then makes the same mistake as Vettel. All part of the race...
Always find the gap then use it.

4 Max
5 Grosjean
6 Vettel ***
7 Ricciardo
8 Magnussen

Grosjean will move his Haas over pretty sharpish, after which there will be a duel between Vettel and Max for the 4th spot.
Kimi will do his job, backing Max in Vettel. However, if Vettel has to pit early due to his ultra's (vs super soft for Max), then it could truly be game over.

Kudos to Sainz for his approach. Seemed very fair and empathetic.

As for the race, Vettel will finish at least third which, if the Quali gap is representative, is where he would likely finish anyway.

Will be interesting to see if the Mercs can avoid collecting each other. Wouldn't be the first time here...
