I half to disagree. I think that wing is the coolest looking one yet. I wonder if Ferrari will be next.

Because its obvious that flexing of the shark fins is not a helpful thing. It does not reduce drag when it flexes, like a front or rear wing would.

Ferrari did something similar when they were testing the pressure increase from their vented nosecone / pitot tube vortex generator combination.

GREAT SHOT!

I wouldn't have expected the venturi-type vanes that are underneath, but then again, I have never seen one of these cars in person!
