But the drivers are the peg for engines, so I would not think so, but hope so as they can then recover some
PU are not connected with drivers (example Sainz when he joined Renault last year)

Since Racing Point UK Limited F1 team hasn't used any PU elements this year,
or received any points or prize money, I would argue that whomever takes those seats should start at zero. Meaning, they have 3 PU for the rest of the year.
