yeah, there was no need for extra fakes. They just looked at the times and were ready each lap. In the end rai had enough pace to prevent overcut, so they just left hamilton out a few more laps.

They did it twice. I dont think they were "fake". They just wanted do go for the opposite strategy for the 1st one. For the 2nd one they would have entered if the times by Hamilton were worse than Rai on softs, they weren't.
Once on the lap Rai pitted, then both laps after...

Kimi no longer willing to play that role if his job is done at Ferrari

The thing about Kimi wrecking his tyres was, if he didnt push hard at the start of the stint, Hamilton had the pace to over cut him. Kimi had to push that hard to make sure he stayed in front.

Gotta say, Monza knows how to celebrate a race-win. Love the confetti and all.

So Hamilton said tnx to Bottas.
You don't understand, they will discuss his support role AFTER the race  .

I almost expected Ferrari to pit Rai on lap 51 for "safety" reasons, and move Seb to 3rd.

Probably gonna be flamed for it, but I’d say that rewarding Bottas’s non-racing capabilities is exactly what is wrong nowadays .. an operator instead of a racer.

Was it?? maybe. I still think the intention was not foul. They were just monitoring the times. they didn't know whether to pit or not...

Why?
He may end up tied top on the all time championship’s table.
He will end up top on poles
He will end up top on wins.

I’m sure he’ll sleep fine.

I mean vettel came to within 8s of RAI and 16s of victory from the back of the grid with a quite severly damaged car. Another strategic blunder by ferrari, mainly done yesterday.
Mercedes is willing to use Bottas to delay the competition, Ferrari doesn't even change the running order to benefit their number 1.

Why? He got the best result that was possible for him today. Clearly he was struggling this weekend, but he still got the max from his position.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II
