Vettel doesn't deserve to be a 4 time champ lol
Vettel deserves the four championships he won, there is no debate that he finished each season with the most points. However, it is now clearly debatable whether those championships were because, or despite, of his skills as a driver given the advantage the Red Bull car he was driving had over the rest of the competition. (And before anyone leaps down my throat, I haven't forgotten about Weber. But I don't think he had equal support from within the team.)

Did he ?
He did in his first battle with Ricciardo.
If the DRS in disabled is that just down to the drivers not to push the button?
I imagine so, at least one driver has been punished for using DRS. I can't remember who though.

Vettel's skills are not, and have never been fitting for a 4 time world champion. That was evident even during his dominant era, those trophies should have Newey's name on them.

Alonso in Bahrain? In a Ferrari. I know it later broke but he did use it in a random place

Ferrari didnt want to give up track position, they would have been behind Bottas.

I still think Kimi can win this as long as they can keep Hamilton behind.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II
