Thank God for that, too. Reminds me of my graduation where I was presented by an important person a trophy for Commerce instead of my actual degree (Computer Science). Hilarious and sad at the same time lol.Just_a_fan wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 23:07As we know, the result isn't the result until someone in an office somewhere rubber stamps it. You don't give out the world championship until you *know* that it's going to the right place.
I reckon Max gets told to switch to a certain setting, and he was then told "we turned it down"astracrazy wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 22:50Im sure he said to max, just to let you know we have turned it down. Max kept saying before if you want to turn it down, turn it downJuzh wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 22:49it was verstappen who turned it down. it was a question from engineerastracrazy wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 22:48Hey what? How have Red Bull turned the engine down? Surely Max would have to do it
Yeah true but how often has a championship been retractedJust_a_fan wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 23:07As we know, the result isn't the result until someone in an office somewhere rubber stamps it. You don't give out the world championship until you *know* that it's going to the right place.
True, the car is a beast, that's for sure.
He really doesn’t have to be tho, if he’s dnf’d he’s still world champ!
Actually all bets are off with the fact that everyone’s front wing, side pods and rear wing ideas are about to get binned.LM10 wrote: ↑28 Oct 2018, 23:21True, the car is a beast, that's for sure.
Differentiators were Hamilton and the Mercedes team overall. The Mercedes car itself was beatable this season. What Ferrari needs to do for next season is to get better strategically and Vettel needs to be a cooler driver. I'm curious about what's going to happen with Leclerc as his new team mate and how the Ferrari team is going to react to this new driver duo.
