Yep. The work RBR put in makes it look like McLaren took the 2017-2018 winter off (By comparison).
...or in all wisdom they realized there FU and used 2018 as a testbed and in all silence focused on the 2019 build.
Might as well, from lessons learned, MCL designed a great 2019 chassis and Renault build a brandnew competitive 2019 engine.
Only (exciting) times will tell.

Double decker bargeboards, called it. The chicken wing grew into bi-plane. Yes McLaren way to go, this is a much much much much better car than last year. Packaging, aero, everything looks great, this is the car that's going to redeem Woking for the last 4 years. Bravo McLaren, well done.
