How to get to Spa Francorchamps by public transport ?

I will be in Amsterdam in the week up to the race, so I though I might accidentally detour to Spa to see the race.

I have looked at renting a car, but that is 120-150EUR, which is the same that I would have to pay for the ticket, a bit much
So, what are my alternatives ? How would I get from Amsterdam to Francorchamps by public transport ?

What about getting on a coach tour from Amsterdam? You might be able to get package accomodation and tickets too.
