Given that this wasn't even a real quali sim we could see low 1.15s.

Well, we don't really know, Pirelli always give "crazy numbers" with their tyres.
And in real life, gap are not that big
And don't forget that every different car have a compound that suits better to it.

But it was an excellent lap indeed from Hamilton

If we forget fuel for the moment, with Hamilton doing an 18.0 , that translates to a 1.16.0 with the use of the softest tyre,

has anyone gone faster with just a tyre correction ?

"FERRARI losing almost the whole day due to technical problem while Mercedes completed a 'whopping'number of laps…."Problem after problem"- following technical gremlins with cooling system, FERRARI was dogged by other technical problems". problem after problems means a lot of problems. Balazs out to have said/told us what all those technical problems were. As far as I know FERRARI didn't lose any track time due to having to replace turbos, engines and gearboxes.

Although I agree the subtitles are a smidge, really just a smidge, one sided, I think the paragraphs underneath them correctly reflected what is going on.

My opinion rather is they both have very decent reliability. Some issues on both sides to work out, but nothing that can't be handled before Melbourne.

He was doing 1:20 still on his 8th lap. It looks like they are trying out race performance. 1.18.0 on C2 is solid though.
