Few pics (blurry) from the moment of the crash, looks like heavy oversteer (he's going sideways/backwards)
The last photo is great. I guess the PU is wrecked as well.

According to photographers the Red Bull rolled in the gravel (AMuS) - would explain why the rear wing was ... relocated

gust of wind most likely the cause.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

I'm not really buying it. Camera assembly on roll hoop seems fine so I do not think the car rolled over, perhaps it rotated and hit the wall with the backside (rear wing/right tire) which broke the rear suspension, rear wing and rotated the car afterwards.

BOT 1st stint (C3) 1:22.8 1:23.2 1:23.4 1:23.1 1:23.2 1:23.4 1:23.8 1:23.8 1:23.7 1:24.0 1:24.1 1:24.3 1:24.1 1:24.2 1:24.0 1:23.9 1:24.1

LEC 1st stint (C2) 1:22.7 1:22.6 1:22.5 1:23.0 1:23.1 1:23.2 1:23.3 1:23.3 1:23.4 1:23.6 1:23.4 1:23.6 1:23.7 1:23.4 1:23.5 1:23.7 1:23.7
Finally, something interesting with the times to look at!

Assuming Bottas is actually on C2's as claimed elsewhere, that would *still* put the Ferrari at about 3-4 tenths faster. Obviously they can do be doing different tire management testing, but that's still....interesting. Nobody could match Mercedes' race sim pace last year in testing on these mediums, though conditions were different.

Still wouldn't go concluding anything by this, but it's probably the closest we've got so far in terms of a meaningful apples to apples comparison.
Bottas was on C3 for the first stint, Leclerc on C2.

Both on C2 for the second stint.

Yeah rear wing looks to be on the roll hoop, so scratch the rear wing got pulled off theory.
Maybe he got hit in the rim by a foreign object! :) Was there a Mercedes behind him?
"M" has fitted some secret weapons on that Merc, which can shoot an invisible bullet to kill the car ahead.
Mercedes Shuriken uncovered from the crash sites!

Well I've seen another source say otherwise, which would make a lot more sense, unless you think there's a literal second difference in pace or so between them?

Which source? Autosport and AMuS both report that Leclerc started on C2 and Bottas on C3.

F1 Debrief also claim C3 for Bottas, Lewis also started his stint yesterday on the C3 so its possible they want a direct comparison.
