Scarbs also questioned the legality of the front suspension in one of his latest videos. Also, he talked about the mirrors.Marco Alves wrote: ↑05 Mar 2019, 19:38FIA stamps down on Williams for illegal car

That's called planning.Zynerji wrote: ↑05 Mar 2019, 06:22Williams was 2 days late with its new car and gets this kind of attention, but Racing Point runs a modified 2018 car both weeks of the test proving the new car didn't even exist as a product, and it's no big deal...
Sometimes I wonder why the venom is so caustic here.
Best of luck with holding on to those crumbs of comfort. No team in Formula 1 can continue to exist like this, and the list of teams who have bowed out of the sport in their position is as long as your arm.Lotus102 wrote: ↑04 Mar 2019, 09:50What has happened, has happened. Any extrapolation of that is, however, subjective. All the many predictions that Williams would collapse last year, not replace Martini, sack Paddy Lowe or whatever did not turn out to be true (and were never likely, however bad the on-track performance was)....
Please list them and state the point of comparison. I honestly can’t think of any.munudeges wrote: ↑06 Mar 2019, 12:47Best of luck with holding on to those crumbs of comfort. My understanding is that there are exaggerations and misinterpretations in here. The ‘Kubica could become technical director’ is nonsense, just based on a quote that his technical understanding was strong enough that he had the potential to do that job. (Something not too dissimilar was said about Sergey Sirotkin, who is after all a qualified engineer).Marco Alves wrote: ↑05 Mar 2019, 19:38FIA stamps down on Williams for illegal car

ignoring everything sure, williams is fine and is gonna win races this year with the most phenomenal driver pairing ever.kptaylor wrote: ↑06 Mar 2019, 17:38^Exactly! I haven't seen reliable reporting on the Williams' pieces being illegal other than the few mentions above. I doubt there's any huge investigation going on or it would have been in the reputable news or seen in new technical directives. Maybe some minor changes but we'll see as no mentions of those either.

in reality, taking blindfolds off, the team is in shambles and the reports just keep coming in on negatives for the team and car. people seem to forget just days ago it was mentioned the williams mirrors are illegal too. never happened according to those blindfolded.
the way this is going, the team won't just not make abu dhabi, they're not gonna make australia next week either.

It had to have hurt to lose the money that came with Stroll. I believe they did the right thing and waited for the F1 money to roll in before they started producing parts. Everything technical lies on paddy's shoulders. He needs to be as good as Newey to take this team to the top.Manoah2u wrote: ↑06 Mar 2019, 18:48ignoring everything sure, williams is fine and is gonna win races this year with the most phenomenal driver pairing ever.kptaylor wrote: ↑06 Mar 2019, 17:38^Exactly!
