well to be honest, the throught did cross my mind they might not be there.
in regards to the possibility not being able to present a legal car.
them being present to me suggests they have atleast brought a car that is
legal.
that to me, is good news, as the situation seems critical enough that Williams very
existance might be under scrutiny.
next up though, is what they will do. They'll have to participate in official race entries,
so qualifying must happen. does the 107% rule still exist?
if so, if the lap is 1:20, they must not put in a laptime slower than 1:25,6. seeing they were 2,5 seconds
off the pace in barcelona that should be achievable.
if they start the race in melbourne, and don't return to the pits and park their cars immediately after the start,
to me, there is hope and positivity.
so yes, i think that bad of williams current situation. which is, to be clear, the very opposite of what i'd wish for.
